On average the marketing strategy process takes 6-8 weeks from start to finish. This includes an initial call, the workshop, building of the strategy and presenting our suggestions.
We have a personalised approach to structuring our event management services costs, as they can vary depending on the specific needs and requirements of each event. Our team will work closely with you to determine the scope of the event, the services required, and your budget parameters. We strive to create a customized proposal that aligns with your vision, while also providing transparent pricing and value for your investment. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the highest level of service and expertise, while staying within your financial guidelines.
This is something we will discuss with you and help you decide. If we don't think ambient media will work for your business, we can look at other options. We won't let you go ahead with anything that isn't right.
You don't have to have a concept ready to go. We will support you with this. Of course, if you've got ideas, this is always very helpful at the start of the process. But, it's not essential.
Yes, we do one off events, activations and exhibitions and also take up tasks to handle an IP which might happen regularly.
We would talk through a brief with you, get to know what the objectives of the video are. Our creative team would then step away and storyboard and plan a concept based on the brief. Then we get into the planning - locations, models if needed, music style etc… and then it’s on to the shoot and creation of the content and then the edit. The time range can vary on projects like this depending on deadlines, logistics, and number of edits.
From planning to execution of your first episodes, we would as a minimum say 3 months. You need to have a clear strategy for your podcast and we’d always recommend having at least 6 episodes ready to go live when you launch.
We can help you with this. It’s part of the upfront strategy process where we would asses who your target audiences are and where they consume their content.
