How do I know that my current video content isn’t effective?

Depending on where you are sharing it, you should be able to see what overall interaction is like with your video content. For the most part, you’d expect video to get more engagement than static content. If this isn’t the case, there is a chance that there is room for improvement. Another question to ask yourself is, how often do people compliment you on your video content? 

How do we know our current content isn’t working?

Good metrics to look at include how many inbound inquiries are coming to your business from your content, how many visits to your website happen from other streams of content? How often do people compliment you on your content?

What is the process if I’m looking for support with a one-off campaign?

Yes, we do one off events, activations and exhibitions and also take up tasks to handle an IP which might happen regularly.

Will you help us choose which channels we should be using or do we need to do this ourselves?

We can help you with this. It’s part of the upfront strategy process where we would asses who your target audiences are and where they consume their content.

How do I know that my business would benefit from a marketing strategy?

Do I need to be clear on the concept for my event or will you do that?

You don't have to have a concept ready to go. We will support you with this. Of course, if you've got ideas, this is always very helpful at the start of the process. But, it's not essential.

Does your brand look out of date in the market? Is your brand difficult to work with graphically? Does your content stand out on different marketing channels as a leader in the industry? Do you have a clear sense of direction with your brand? Answer these questions and you’ll soon have the answer.

How do I know that ambient media will work for my business?

This is something we will discuss with you and help you decide. If we don't think ambient media will work for your business, we can look at other options. We won't let you go ahead with anything that isn't right.
